(Effective only on 1st November 2021)
1.6. M4U may provide any such services including but not limited to cleaning or otherwise. Unless specifically stated that the services on the Platform are provided by M4U, M4U acts as a platform provider for potential customers who are seeking for certain Solutions listed on our Platform and we are here to facilitate, link and/or match such potential customers with our independent third party Service Providers.
1.7. To the fullest extent permitted by law, if any clause of these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it is to be read down or severed in that jurisdiction to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability, and that fact does not affect the validity or enforceability of that clause in another jurisdiction or the enforceability of the remaining clauses.
1.8. M4U is a technology company which provides a platform for users to obtain services provided by third party Service Providers. M4U’s role is merely to link the user with such Service Provider. M4U is not responsible for the acts and/or omissions of any third party Service Provider, and any liability in relation to such services shall be borne by the third party Service Provider. Third party Service Providers shall not represent to be an agent, employee or staff of M4U and the solutions provided by third party Service Providers shall not be deemed to be provided by M4U.
2. USE OF THE PLATFORM AND/OR SERVICES
2.1. We grant you a non-transferable and revocable license to use the Platform and/or Services, subject to M4U Terms and Conditions, for the purpose of booking and/or purchasing services made available to you on our Platform. Commercial use or use on behalf of any third party is prohibited, except as explicitly permitted by us in advance. Any breach of these M4U Terms and Conditions shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted herein without notice to you.
2.2. Content provided on this Platform is solely for informational purposes. Submissions, reviews and/or opinions expressed on this Platform are those of the individual posting such content and may not reflect our opinions.
2.3. Certain services and related features that may be made available on the Platform may require registration or subscription. Should you choose to register or subscribe for any such services or related features, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself, and to promptly update such information if there are any changes. Every user of the Platform is solely responsible for keeping passwords and other account identifiers safe and secure. The account owner is entirely responsible for all activities that occur under such password or account. Furthermore, you must notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account. M4U shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.
2.4. We may, from time to time and without giving any reason or prior notice, upgrade, modify, suspend or discontinue the provision of or remove, whether in whole or in part, the Platform or any Services and shall not be liable if any such upgrade, modification, suspension or removal prevents you from accessing the Platform or any part of the Services.
2.5. We reserve the right, but shall not be obliged to:
(a) we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, investigate any violation of these M4U Terms and Conditions contained herein and may take any action we deem appropriate.
(b) prevent, restrict and/or refuse access and/or sale to any user of the Platform, Services and/or Solutions.
(c) report any activity we suspect to be in violation of any applicable law, statute or regulation to the appropriate authorities and to co-operate with such authorities; and/or.
(d) to request any information and data from you in connection with your use of the Services, Solutions, and/or access of the Platform at any time and to exercise our right under this paragraph if you refuse to divulge such information and/or data or if you provide or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provided inaccurate, misleading or fraudulent information and/or data.
3. THIRD PARTY INTERACTIONS
3.1. During use of the Services and/or Solutions, you may enter into correspondence or transactions with third parties who display or offer their goods and/or service through the Platform. Any such communication or agreement is strictly between you and the applicable third party and M4U shall have no liability or obligation for any such communication or agreement. Neither M4U nor any of its affiliate companies endorses any applications or sites on the Internet that are linked through the Platform, and in no event shall M4U or its affiliate companies be responsible for any content, products, services or other materials on or available from such sites or third party providers.
4. USER SUBMISSIONS
4.1. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use the materials or information that you submit to the Platform and/or provide to us, including but not limited to, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions"). When you post comments or reviews to the Platform, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit or your username, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. We may remove or edit any Submissions that we deem necessary.
5. TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTS
5.1. All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, in the Platform, information content on the Platform and all the website design, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, software, photos, video, music, sound, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (collectively referred to as “Intellectual Property”) shall remain our property or where applicable, our affiliates or third party intellectual property owners. The entire contents of the Platform also are protected by copyright as a collective work under Malaysia copyright laws and international conventions. All rights are reserved.
5.2. No part or parts of the Platform may be reproduced, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, separated, altered, distributed, republished, displayed, broadcasted, hyperlinked, mirrored, framed, transferred or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system or installed on any servers, system or equipment any Intellectual Property without our prior written permission or that of the relevant Intellectual Property owners. No party accessing the Platform shall claim any right, title or interest therein. Permission will only be granted to you to download, print or use the Intellectual Property for personal and non-commercial uses, provided that you do not modify the Intellectual Property and that we or the relevant copyright owners retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained therein.
6. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
6.1. The Platform and all data and/or information contained therein and/or the Services and Solutions are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, claims or representations made by M4U of any kind either expressed, implied or statutory with respect to the Platform and/or the Services, including, without limitation, warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2. Without limiting the foregoing, M4U does not warrant that the Platform and/or the Services or the functions contained therein will be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete or error-free, that defects, if any, will be corrected, or that this Platform and/or the server that makes the same available are free of viruses, clocks, timers, counters, worms, software locks, drop dead devices, trojan-horses, routings, trap doors, time bombs or any other harmful codes, instructions, programs or components.
6.3. M4U and all of its respective officers, employees, directors, agents, contractors and assigns shall not be liable to you for any losses whatsoever or howsoever caused (regardless of the form of action) arising directly or indirectly in connection with:
(a) any access, use and/or inability to use the Platform, Services and/or Solutions.
(b) reliance on any data or information made available through the Platform – you should not act on such data or information without first independently verifying its contents.
(c) any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, computer virus or other malicious, destructive or corrupting code, agent program or macros; and
(d) any use of or access to any other website or webpage linked to the Platform, even if we or our officers or agents or employees may have been advised of, or otherwise might have anticipated, the possibility of the same.
6.4. Unless specifically stated otherwise, any risk of misunderstanding, error, damage, expense or losses resulting from the use of the Platform, Services and/or Solutions is entirely at your own risk and we shall not be liable therefore.
7. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
8.2. Notwithstanding the foregoing, M4U reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights
and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS
1.1. "Customer" means the person who purchases Solutions on the Platform.
1.2. "Conditions" means these terms and conditions of sale.
1.3. "M4U Policies" means M4U policies pertaining to the Solutions as may be amended by M4U from time to time as found on the Platform.
1.4. "M4U Policies" means M4U policies pertaining to the Solutions as may be amended by M4U from time to time as found on the Platform;
pertaining to the use of the Platform and/or purchase of the Solutions.
1.5. "M4U Policies" means M4U policies pertaining to the Solutions as may be amended by M4U from time to time as found on the Platform.
1.6. "Solutions" means the services made available for purchase by the Customer on the Platform.
1.7. "Solutions" means the services made available for purchase by the Customer on the Platform.
1.8. "Service Fee" means the fee payable by the Customer for the purchase of the Solutions upon making the order/booking on the Platform.
1.9. "Service Fee" means the fee payable by the Customer for the purchase of the Solutions upon making the order/booking on the Platform.
1.10. "Writing" includes electronic mail, post and any comparable means of communication.
2. PURCHASE OF SOLUTIONS
2.1. The Platform provides a place and opportunity for the sale of Solutions and M4U shall use commercially reasonable effort to match and/or arrange for its third party Service Providers to deliver the Solutions. When a Customer places an order/booking on the Platform for purchase of the Services and M4U has accepted the same, this shall constitute a Contract entered into directly between M4U and the Customer and you irrevocably agree to be bound by the M4U Terms and Conditions.
2.2. While M4U endeavours to provide to an accurate description of the Solutions, neither M4U nor the Service Providers warrants that such description is accurate, current or free from error. In the event that the Services the Customer receives is fundamentally different from the Services as described on the Platform and which the Customer has ordered and verified by M4U that it is in fact fundamentally different, Clause 7 of these Conditions shall apply.
2.3. Any typographical clerical or other error or omission in any quotation, invoice or other document or
information issued by M4U in its website shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of M4U.

3.1. The Customer may purchase the Solutions by placing and completing the order form on the Platform and shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order. All orders shall be subject to M4U’s acceptance in their sole discretion and each order accepted by M4U shall be deemed to be irrevocable and unconditional. M4U shall be entitled (but not obliged) to process such orders without further consent from the Customer. Nevertheless, you may request to cancel or amend the order which M4U shall endeavour (but not obliged) to give effect to on a commercially reasonable effort basis.
3.2. Order acceptance and completion of the Contract between the M4U and the Customer will only be completed upon M4U issuing a confirmation on the performance of the Solutions to the Customer. For the avoidance of doubt, M4U shall be entitled to refuse or cancel any order without giving any reasons for the same to the Customer prior to delivery and the performance of the Solutions and the Service Fee paid shall be refunded to the Customer in accordance to M4U’s refund policy. M4U shall furthermore be entitled to require the Customer to furnish M4U with contact and other verification information.
4. SERVICE FEE
4.1. The price of the Service Fee shall be the price stated on the Platform at the time which the Customer places and completes the order/booking form on the Platform and shall be subject to the applicable M4U Policies. The Service Fee shall exclude any applicable sales and services tax, value added tax or similar tax which the Customer is liable to pay to M4U in addition to the price.
4.2. For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer shall be required to make full payment of the Service Fee in full prior to the delivery and/or performance of the Solutions by M4U and/or the third party Service Providers.
4.3. In the event that the Solutions has been mispriced on the Platform, M4U reserves the right to terminate the Contract, in which M4U shall notify the Customer of such cancellation by giving a minimum of twelve (12) hours’ notice from the intended Solutions delivery and performance date and time.
5. TERMS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
5.1. The Customer shall be required to make payment for the Solutions using KiplePay, iPay88, TouchnGo e-wallet and/or such other payment gateway that M4U may elect to use on the Platform ("Payment Gateway") by way of electronic fund transfer to M4U’s designated bank account ("M4U Account") and/or cash deposit in M4U Account (collectively, "Authorised Payment Methods"). All payments shall be made to M4U via the Payment Gateway and the Customer acknowledges that M4U shall be entitled to collect payments from the Customer on behalf of the Service Providers. For the avoidance of doubt, any and all charges incurred as a result of using the Payment Gateway and/or electronic fund transfer to M4U Account shall be borne by the Customer.
5.2. The Payment Gateway supports the following payment methods and may be subject to the following terms as may be imposed by the Payment Gateway and M4U.

5.4. If the Customer fails to make any payment pursuant to the terms and conditions of the payment method elected or payment is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to M4U, M4U shall be entitled to cancel the Contract or suspend delivery and performance of the Solutions until payment is made in full.
5.5. All refunds shall be made via bank transfer and/or via a refund to the credit card used by the Customer when paying the Service Fees. M4U offers no guarantee of any nature for the timeliness of the refunds and the processing of payment may take time and it is subject to the payment provider internal processing timeline. All costs associated with the refund process imposed by the processing bank and/or payment provider shall be borne by the Customer. All refunds are conditional upon M4U’s acceptance in writing. M4U reserve the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice.
6. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOLUTIONS
6.1. Delivery and performance of the Solutions shall be at the address specified by the Customer in its order ("Location").
6.2. M4U shall have the right at any time to sub-contract all or any of its obligations for the delivery and performance of the Solutions to any other party as M4U may from time to time decide without giving notice of the same to the Customer.
6.3. In the event the third party Service Providers has failed, refused and/or neglected to deliver the Services on the date and time selected by the Customer, through no fault of the Customer as confirmed by M4U, the Customer shall, by serving written notice to M4U, be entitled to reschedule the delivery and performance of the Solutions or opt for a full refund of the Service Fees paid in accordance with Clause 5 above.
6.4. In the event the third party Service Providers has failed, refused and/or neglected to deliver the Services on the date and time selected by the Customer, through no fault of the Customer as confirmed by M4U, the Customer shall, by serving written notice to M4U, be entitled to reschedule the delivery and performance of the Solutions or opt for a full refund of the Service Fees paid in accordance with Clause 5 above.
7.1. Unless otherwise stated, the Customer may only apply for a re-performance of the purchased and delivered and/or performed Solutions with submission of picture evidence showing the before and after state, in the event the Solutions delivered and performed by the third party Service Providers is materially different from what was stated on the Platform and agreed to between M4U and the Customer ("Re-performance Request").
7.2. The application for re-performance of purchased Solutions is subject to M4U’s written acceptance and such other additional terms and conditions as may be prescribed by M4U from time to time.
7.3. In the event that M4U agrees and/or accepts the Re-performance Request at M4U’s absolute discretion, M4U shall reach out to the Customer to arrange for a date and time for the re-performance of the Solutions reasonably similar to what was purchased by the Customer. For the avoidance of doubt, M4U’s determination of the Re-performance Request shall be final and binding on the Customer and shall not be disputed by the Customer.
8. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
8.1. You may make a cancellation request in writing to M4U up to 24 hours prior to the time and date for the delivery and performance of the Solutions. M4U shall use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the Customer’s cancellation request. In the event the cancellation request is accepted, M4U shall refund the Service Fees paid in accordance with Clause 5 above.
8.2. You may make a cancellation request in writing to M4U up to 24 hours prior to the time and date for the delivery and performance of the Solutions. M4U shall use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate the Customer’s cancellation request. In the event the cancellation request is accepted, M4U shall refund the Service Fees paid in accordance with Clause 5 above.
8.3. In the event the Customer intends to reschedule the appointment made, the Customer may submit a request in writing to M4U only up to 24 hours prior to the time and date for delivery and performance of the Solutions. M4U makes no guarantees and/or promises on the availability for such rescheduling and it’s subject always to availability of Service Providers.
9.1. Subject as expressly provided in these Conditions, all other warranties or terms, including those implied by statute or common law, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.2. No condition is made or to be implied nor is any warranty given or to be implied as to the suitability of the Solutions.
9.3. Any description of the Solutions is given by way of description only and the use of such description shall not constitute a sale by description.
10.1. M4U shall be under no liability in respect of any damage to the Location arising from and/or caused by the Customer and/or invitees, agents and/or licensees of the Customer for wilful damage, negligence, poor condition of the Location and/or unreasonable request given by the Customer that may cause such damage to the Customer’s property.
10.2. M4U shall not be liable for any missing and/or damaged items in the Location howsoever arising, and such liability shall fall with the third Party Service Providers unless a police report has been lodged by the Customer and conclusive investigation as confirmed by the police has determined that such missing and/or damaged items in the Location is solely attributable to the third party Service Providers and M4U shall reasonably endeavour to assist the Customer and the police to locate such perpetrator.
10.3. In no event shall M4U be liable for loss of profit or goodwill, loss of production or revenue or any type of special indirect or consequential loss whatsoever (including loss or damage suffered by the Customer as a result of an action brought by a third party) even if such loss were reasonably foreseeable or if M4U had been advised by the Customer of the possibility of incurring the same.
10.4. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Conditions, you agree that M4U’s maximum cumulative liability to you or to any other party for all losses under, arising out of or relating to the sale of Solutions under each Contract, shall not exceed the sums that you have paid to M4U under such Contract but in any event shall be limited to a maximum cumulative liability of RM1,000-00.
10.5. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Conditions, you agree that M4U’s maximum cumulative liability to you or to any other party for all losses under, arising out of or relating to the sale of Solutions under each Contract, shall not exceed the sums that you have paid to M4U under such Contract but in any event shall be limited to a maximum cumulative liability of RM1,000-00.
10.6. No action shall be brought against M4U later than one (1) month after the date it became aware of the circumstances giving rise to a claim or the date when it ought reasonably to have become aware.
11.1. Neither M4U nor the third party Service Providers shall be liable for non-performance, error, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Conditions (or any part thereof) or for any inaccuracy, unreliability or unsuitability of the Platform's and/or performance and delivery of the Services if this is due, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly to an event or failure which is beyond M4U's or third party Service Providers’ reasonable control.
11.2. Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other under these Conditions shall be in writing addressed, if to M4U, to its registered office or principal place of business and if to the Customer, to the address stipulated in the relevant order.
11.3. If any provision of these Conditions is held by any competent authority to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.
11.4. The Contract shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
11.5. Any such actions brought against M4U for any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Contract, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Arbitration of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC). The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator, to be appointed by the Chairman of the AIAC. The place of arbitration shall be Kuala Lumpur. Any award by the arbitration tribunal shall be final and binding upon the parties.
11.6. Notwithstanding Clause 11.5 above, M4U shall be entitled to commence court legal proceedings for the purposes of protecting its intellectual property rights and confidential information or for a breach or non-performance by means of injunctive or other equitable relief.
11.7. M4U may, through the Platform or by such other method of notification as M4U may designate, vary the terms and conditions of these Conditions and such variation to take effect on the date M4U specifies through the above means. If the Customer uses the Platform after such date, the Customer is deemed to have accepted such variation.
11.8. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any acceptance, invoice or other document on M4U’s part shall be subject to correction without any liability on M4U’s part.
11.9. M4U reserves the right to delegate or subcontract the performance of any of its functions in connection with the performance of its obligations under these Conditions and reserves the right to use any service providers, subcontractors and/or agents on such terms as M4U deems appropriate.
M4U CLEANING POLICY
(Effective only on 1st November 2021)
1.1. This M4U cleaning policy ("M4U Cleaning Policy") shall be construed as an integral part of and in addition to the M4U Terms and Conditions under Terms and Condition of Sale. If you do not agree to the M4U Cleaning Policy and/or M4U Terms and Conditions, do not access and/or use this Platform, Services and/or Solutions. All terms and conditions described herein are subject to change at M4U’s discretion.
1.2. By using the Platform, Services and/or Solutions, which shall include the cleaning services ("M4U Cleaning Services"), it shall constitute and unconditional acceptance by you of the M4U Terms and Conditions and M4U Cleaning Policy. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of conflict between the M4U Terms and Conditions and the M4U Cleaning Policy, the terms contained herein shall prevail to the extent of such conflict. Unless otherwise defined, terms defined in the M4U Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning unless otherwise stated.
1.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, if any clause of these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it is to be read down or severed in that jurisdiction to the extent of the invalidity or unenforceability, and that fact does not affect the validity or enforceability of that clause in another jurisdiction or the enforceability of the remaining clauses.
1.4. You hereby confirm and acknowledge that M4U shall match the Customers with such third party Service Providers for the performance of the M4U Cleaning Services and that M4U shall not be providing and/or performing any M4U Cleaning Services.
1.5. M4U Cleaning Services shall, unless varied at M4U’s absolute discretion, may consist of the following cleaning steps and the Service Providers shall reasonably endeavour to complete the same within the cleaning hours purchased by the Customer and shall have no such obligation to complete the same due to restriction of time and/or fault and/or delay of the Customer:
M4U Standard Cleaning shall consist of the following 15 cleaning steps only:
Living room, bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen:
1. Dust and wipe external cabinet surfaces, doors and table tops.
2. Sweep / vacuum reasonably accessible floors, carpets and staircase.
3. Mop such reasonably accessible floors and staircase.
4. Empty rubbish bins.
5. Clean mirrors.
6. Organise reasonably accessible items.
7. Making of bed.
8. Wipe and clean kitchen stove.
9. Wash dirty dishes.
10. Clean kitchen sink.
11. Dust and wipe kitchen appliances surfaces.
12. Clean bathroom wall tiles.
13. Clean basin and toilet bowl.
14. Clean shower area/bathtub.
15. Clean bathroom floor.
M4U Deep Cleaning shall consist of the following 25 cleaning steps only:
All 15 steps as contained under the M4U Standard Cleaning with 10 additional steps:
1. Changing of bedsheets.
2. Cleaning the fridge internal.
3. Cleaning inside cabinets and drawers.
4. Cleaning the inside of the microwave.
5. Cleaning the inside of the oven.
6. Cleaning ceiling fans and stand fans.
7. Cleaning outside porch area.
8. Cleaning balcony.
9. Wiping of reasonably accessible windows.
10. Removing ceiling cobwebs.
No tools and/or appliances shall be provided under the M4U Standard Cleaning Package. The Customer may request for the Service Provider to bring the tools and/or appliances as stated in the next column by paying such fee as may be determined by M4U.
The Service Provider shall use his/her own:
1. Brooms and dustpan.
4. Toilet bowl brush.
6. Multipurpose detergent.
|EXCLUDED CLEANING SERVICES FOR BOTH M4U STANDARD AND DEEP CLEANING
1. Unreachable exterior windows and/or dangerous areas.
2. Pet and/or pet areas.
3. Pest infestations.
4. Gardening work.
6. Washing of cars.
7. Changing and/or installation of curtains and blinds.
8. Lifting of items more than 20kg.
9. Unreachable ceiling area.
10. Handwashing of laundry.
11. Packaging of items and furniture.
12. Food preparation.
13. Porch/yards (included in M4U Deep Cleaning only).
14. Furniture and appliances interior (included in M4U Deep Cleaning only).
1.6. The Customer may request that the third party Service Provider be of a particular nationality and/or gender but at no point shall M4U be required to fulfil such request and shall at all times be subject to availability and the discretion of M4U.
1.7. The Customer may request for a specific third party Service Provider to deliver the M4U Cleaning Services and M4U shall use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfil the Customer’s request within four (4) hours from the time and date the Customer places the booking but at no point shall M4U be required to fulfil such request, failing which, M4U shall assign the next available third party Service Provider to the Customer to deliver the M4U Cleaning Services.
1.8. In the event a cleaning session is purchased for more than four (4) hours, the Customer shall allow the third party Service Provider a maximum of one (1) hour rest time.
1.9. M4U may elect to offer such other cleaning packages at our absolute discretion which will be as published on the Platform.
2. CLEANING PACKAGE
2.1. The Customer may elect to purchase such cleaning packages as may be offered for purchase by M4U on the Platform for the provision of M4U Standard Cleaning service only and unless varied by M4U, shall consist of the following packages ("M4U Package(s)"):
2.2. For each purchase of M4U Package(s), the Customer shall be entitled to such number of Reward Point(s) as identified above. For the avoidance of doubt, M4U may vary, increase and/or decrease the number of Reward Point(s) awarded at the sole discretion of M4U. Please refer to M4U Reward Points Policy.
2.3. Unless otherwise extended by M4U, the M4U Package(s) shall be valid for a term of one (1) year commencing from the date of purchase of the M4U Package(s) ("Package Term"), upon expiry of the one (1) year term, all unutilised hours shall be forfeited absolutely.
2.4. The Customers may utilise the M4U Package(s) in multiples of hourly basis only. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the Customer request for the Service Provider prior to the end of the hour, there shall be no refunds and it is deemed one (1) hour is consumed from the purchased M4U Package(s).
2.5. Customers may utilise the purchased M4U Package(s) at such mutually agreed locations within West Malaysia and subject to availability of Service Providers at the particular location.
2.6. Unutilised hours within the Package Term shall be deducted for each and every hourly utilisation based on the earliest purchased package and the Customer agrees that M4U does not provide refunds or credits in the event the cleaning session is terminated prematurely by the Customer.
2.7. For the avoidance of doubt, there shall only be one (1) Service Provider assigned for the delivery of the M4U Cleaning Services for each and every hour utilised by the Customer under the M4U Package(s). In the event the Customer opts to select two (2) or more Service Providers to perform the M4U Cleaning Services, the hours purchased by the Customer under their respective M4U Package(s) shall be consumed accordingly.
