Yes, you can! However, do pay in mind that if you book on short-notice, there may be no available slots with our cleaning partner to fulfill your request. We suggest that booking one day in advance for your best experience.

Whether or not you’re home during your appointment is totally up to you! If something important comes up in the middle of an appointment, just let the cleaning partner know where she can hide the key after cleaning is done, or better yet – if you have a doorman! Or, feel free to stick around during the appointment.

 

Whatever you’re most comfortable with is fine. In any case, please don’t forget about your appointments. We’ll remind you with a text message, but if your cleaning partner can’t get in the door or if you aren’t home when you said you would be, you’ll be charged with a Customer No-show Fee.

We know schedules can change quickly, but unfortunately, skipping, rescheduling, or cancelling a booking with less than 12 working hours until the start time can cause the cleaning partner to lose valuable work.
