Customer Service Executive

What you will be doing as a Customer Service Executive:
- Attend to every enquiries including service booking and feedback.
- Order processing – Match incoming booking enquiries with service partner, and to ensure booking is matched within stipulated time. Share the accurate booking confirmation to customer.
- Collect feedback from customer on cleaning partner service after job done within stipulated time.
- Customer engagement – To understand customer enquiry and provide suitable solution according to SOPs
- Solve complaints in professional manner
- Voice of customer, you will act as the voice of customer and provide their feedback to management for further improvements.
- Update daily report

- Working hours (Shift basis)
- Morning shift :8am-5pm; Night shift: 1pm-10pm
- Shift days: 6 days a week, Mon-Sat/Tue-Sun
